'Lucha Americana'

R. Bruce Tharpe and new business partner Carmine DeSpirito after closing the deal on the formation of their partnership, Lucha Americana, which will be a new wrestling promotion affiliated with the National Wrestling Alliance and bringing top NWA wrestlers and pro wrestling action to South Texas!

Their first event, scheduled for June 27, 2009 at the Edinburgh Baseball Stadium, is called "The Homecoming," and features the return of local Mission, Texas native-turned wrestling superstar "Arriba" Tito Santana!
