Even more importantly, we make every effort to see that accidents such as these never happen again.

Legal Recovery of Damages

The Expert Analysis Group:

  1. Coordinates the entire legal defense, including investigators, attorneys, and experts
  2. Serves as the primary contact for the client to call with questions about the case
  3. Provides regular reports to the family regarding the status of the investigation, case, and legal defense

There is no fee unless there is a legal recovery!

What does this mean?

  • Cases accepted by The Expert Analysis Group are investigated FREE OF CHARGE and WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO YOU to determine if negligence is involved in the cause of the accident.
  • NOT EVERY CASE IS ACCEPTED by The Expert Analysis Group. It is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible to conduct a preliminary investigation.
  • If negligence is involved, litigation and/or a lawsuit will be filed. The Expert Analysis Group has its fees deducted from any Net Recovery by the Plaintiff(s).
